3- It’s not just about the weight

Weight is just one piece of the puzzle during your weight loss journey. Another important aspect to consider is body composition (a term often used by doctors and healthcare professionals). Body composition refers to the percentage of fat, bone, water and muscle in the body. A healthier body composition consists of less fat and more muscle mass. During your weight loss journey, it’s important to maintain as much muscle mass as possible. Exercising
